1995 Volvo 850 - Trouble Code P0755

    My check engine light is on and the only code I see is P0755, but it
    isn't always there, it comes and goes. I am not seeing any performance
    degredation so I wonder why this code comes and goes. Also, I noticed
    the following weird behavior. My code reader will read the codes every
    minute or so, if I put the car into "winter" mode, the orange arrow
    appears on the dash board. Now, my code reader kicks on some time
    later and as soon as the reader finished reading codes, the orange
    arrow goes off and the car switches out of winter mode.

    It seems to me that I have an electrical issue somewhere, but where do
    I begin to track it down?

    Any help would be appreciated.
