84 245 Turbo - groan from rear ?

    I recently had my clutch replaced. Now when I start out slow I hear a
    groaning sound from the rear (sounds like it's from the rear). It's almost a
    moan. If I go over a dip in a driveway it does it. It did not make the sound
    until I had the clutch replaced. What could it be?
