  1. Hi

Is it possible to take the PNP switch apart to clean the contacts?

I took my old one apart after replacing it. It's loaded with grease.
You'd have to clean it all out, check the tension on all the
individual contacts, then re-grease with whatever they used in the
first place. Not worth it., and I recall that the bent metal tabs
that held it together break bery easily when un-bending them..
    Just install a new switch..

  3. Thanks Doug.......Its hard for me to get into the modern frame of mind of
just replacing units. I still like to fix them, my son thinks I nuts!!
