There's some shaking coming from the wheels. I've had them balanced (a few
times) and it wouldn't go away. I've even tried other wheels and still no
improvement. The mechanics checked every rubber and stuff and can't find
anything. Could it be the shock absorbers? Or is it something else?
    Anyone?

  2. Out of round or flat spotted tires--try buying 4 new ones, I think you will
    be amazed!
I get my tires at tire rack, a on line place, ymmv....

Have the front end alignment done by a reputable shop. Should cost around
$75 US. Worked wonders for my 850.

Other wheels with other tyres as well? And does changing front to rear
and vice versa make a difference?

It's time to start looking behind the wheels. A brake rotor can be out
of balance, or more likely, some dirt is between the rotor and hub, or
    the hub is bent.

Replace tt with t (twice!) and remove parentheses to email me directly.
(But I check the newsgroup more often than this email address.)
