Australian '91 Volvo 240 Engines

    Hi guys,

    Going to help someone tomorrow with engine problems on his '91 Volvo 240.
    Just want to check what engines and injection systems were introduced to the
    Australian market for '91 Volvo 240. I am assuming B230F / LH2.4 as this is
    probably the most common combination outside Europe. But I've also heard of
    LH3.1 as well as B230FX engine that produced 136hp instead of 116hp becoming
    available from '91. Does anyone know for certain if these were introduced
    to the Australian market?

    Can't help with the B230FX but the LH 3.1 is essentially the same as LH
    2.2 except that the air mass meter is replaced with a hot foil sensor vs.
    the hot wire type on the 2.2 version.
