brake issues on 88 240 sedan

Just got my front brakes replaced (pads, rotors, calipers) on my 88 240
(180,000km) about 2 months ago. I have only put a couple thousand km's
on it since. My problem is that the front brakes make an aweful
scraping noise for the first few stops after sitting for a day or over
night. Once I get going after a few stops, the noise goes away or is a
lot quieter. It almost sounds like they're rusting together when
sitting for at least 12 hrs. I've also noticed that one of the calipers
is sweating a bit. The brake fluid level is fine and hasn't changed and
there are no puddles in my parking area, but this sweating is
worriesome (and is dripping on my tire).

Also, on a completely unrelated note I recently installed a centre
armrest which has caused me to forget to disengage my parking brake a
few times (the arm rest hides it). One of these times I drove about 10
km before noticing (really stupid, I know). Will this cause enough
damage to need my rear rotors/e-brake shoes to be replaced? There was
an aweful smell. Since then, everything seems to be working fine.

    Thanks.
