I love these guys; they're hysterical. A segment on solving an XC shift problem with a mallet. http://www.cartalk.com/Radio/Show/online.html -- Look at the world today. Is there anything more pitiful? What madness there is. What blindness. What unintelligent leadership. A scurrying mass of bewildered humanity, crashing headlong against each other, compelled by an orgy of greed and brutality. The time must come my friend, when this orgy will spend itself. When brutality and the lust for power, must perish by its own sword. -Lost Horizon, 1936
Making a big deal out of a simple problem, I bet the dealer I take the 960 to could have it sorted out in an hour or so... plus the couple of days for parts unless they have them (they usually do). I bet its a 150 dollar or probably less fix including labour, unless there is some module that costs a ton of money, as opposed to some relays/switches/and solenoids.
