Does anyone know how to reset the CD player on the radio in a '00 S70?

The CD player won't accept the CD disk. This happened before and the dealer
had to remove the radio and reset a switch on the back. Thought I'd try
that myself, but don't know where on the back of the radio to reset.

Thanx in advance for any guidance.

    Remove the radio
remove the side rail's on the radio (Black Plastic)
with a good light on the side of the radio I do not remember which side you
will see a very small plunger this is what gets stuck press this a few times
if you have contact cleaner spray very little on plunger

Is this the same casue as to why a CD will not eject?

Specifically, I have 3 CDs in my S80 CD player. One will play. The others
will not play, and none will eject. Mine does not have a tape player, but
probably has the same types of switches.

Is this a mechanical "stuck" or a electrical switch as described, or
something else like a software code to "reset".

How do you pull the radio out with damaging the console (Very carefully!).
Working under and in teh dash of my 240 was much easier!

Excellent response to the first reported problem.
