Changed my odometer gear - thank Doug Warner

It was not as bad as I was expecting, the worst bits are
prying off the various bits such as the side defroster
vents, and splitting the instrument cluster. Even though
I'd seen a picture, I was expecting the gear itself to be
a bit more grand (especially for $25), but it was about the
same size as one of the screw heads. Time? All Saturday
afternoon, but I had to run out for a smaller torx
bit as the 3 central ones here are smaller than the T10
which was the smallest I had.

I removed the entire dash pad, I can't imagine trying
to bend it and work the cluster through the gap after taking
it partially loose. Kind of cool to see those socks on the
defroster ducts, too, anyone know why Volvo puts those
    on there?

    Thanks again Doug and everyone.
