ECU for 98 V70 AWD R

    I am looking for the ECU unit for my 98 V70 AWD R. To be specific
    (BOSCH 0261 203 628). I know there were relatively few models of "R"
    imported to USA so it is hard to find them on the market, besides
    DEALER's. Maybe I could buy similar unit and upgrade it using the "R"
    chip ?
    If anyone can help it would be great
