high idle (1200 RPM) can't lower

    have a 1988 740 GLE non turbo, on that i can not get the idle do on . tps is adjusted right, and so far as i know i the IAC is working like it should (that is to say that when i apply voltage to the center pin. and a ground on one side and the other on the two outside pins its opens and closes any help on testing the IAC ECU .pin 33 and pin 5 and voltage and OHMS
