Got a 1994 model having an issue with none of the cluster lights or other dash lights turning on I’ve checked fuse 10 is good the headlight switch is working and the dimmer slider is outputting source voltage to the circuit which I believe is correct I don’t think every bulb went bad in the vehicle all at once. I just need some guidance on what to check next and anything I could have missed or need to replace

What I have found is that some of the grounds in the cluster are no longer good using this and the fact the the wire diagram shows that one of the grounds is in the gear lever light I spliced a ground wire from this bulb to the parking brake ground and got the lights to come back on

Hopefully this can give someone else guidance if a similar situation happens to other 960’s
