OT, parts pricing on timing belt

    (1988 Acura Intergra GSR)

    Timing belt kit (timing and tensioner) around $100 Condi brand

    Timing belt around $30 Goodyear brand
    Tensioner around $25 Koyo brand

    I know they are from different companies but why buying individual parts 50%
    less than the kit? Is the Condi brand so much better than the other two?
