Oxygen Sensor Warning Code

    Hi,
    My 1994, 940 w/Regina fuel system, indicates code 221 <oxygen sensor
    failure>
    Installed new 3 wire replacement sensor, erased codes... ok for one
    day...again code 221 appears.
    Any suggestions?
