Will the front metalwork, guards, bonnet, radiator support panel etc from an 80s 240 Series, bolt onto an earlier 245 model? A quick measure and look seems to say yes but there seems to be a little difference in the curve where the rubbing strip goes. The dash and interior etc seems ok, and may even get brave and do an engine swap but going from a B21 manual to a B23 auto may be fun. The running gear from the newer one will go under the wagon to drop the revs at highway speed. Has anyone done this? Just a thought about combining two cars with damage at diffent ends. Paul
