Hey all -

I've got a 2001 S60 2.4T with 115k miles on it.  It was involved in a pretty

nice accident 7 months ago (hit a curb head on at about 20 mph).

Needless to say there was $10k worth of damage (mostly to the underside of

the car).  Everything was repaired, but for the last month or so, the car

has been pulling to the right.

I took the car into the shop for an oil change and they noticed the steel

belts showing on the inside of the right front tire - probably due to the

excessive pulling.  They also found that the upper torque mount on the

engine and the lower control arm bushings are torn.

I looked on my repair bill from the accident and don't see these items.  I'm

wondering if these could have been damaged in the accident or if these

things are most likely wear and tear items.  The mechanic told me that the

front end being out of alignment might have to do with the control arm

bushings being bad.

Thanks,

Charlie
