Radio in 1992 244

    Does anyone know if a standard DIN unit will fit in a 1992 244 estate and
    what sort of connections there will be as standard please? I assume that its
    too early to have ISO connections? Is there a multi-way plug or is it just
    wired directly into the head unit?

    Yeah it'll fit, helps to buy an installation kit though, for under $20 you
    can get a custom bezel for either the lower or upper dash positions and a
    wiring harness that you splice to the new radio and it plugs right into the
    factory harness. You'll have to remove or bypass the factory amp for the
    rear speakers though.
