REQ: car radio decoder software,

    looking for any radio decode software, any cars but to include volvo
    radios.

    Sounds like a tool for car radio thieves..
    To retrieve code, go to dealer with VIN and proof that you're the
    legitimate owner of the car/radio, and they'll supply the code.

    If you stole the radio(s), then the best thing to do is shoot yourself
    in the head.

  6. In this country no self respecting ICE (In Car Entertainment) dealer would
    be without one. He earns a lot of money replacing the codes for his
    customers when they forget that they need one. His works by saddlebacking
    the security chip inside the radio.

    phone unlocking used to be.
