V 70 Cigar lighter

    My front cigar lighter only works for around 20 seconds then shuts off, I
    have no problem with the rear cigar lighter

    Front only has power when key is in "on" position others have power all
    the time. Don't ask me why, but that the way Volvo did it. Tom
