Where is the #!@%&!! relay?

    I am unsure where to look for the fuel relay for a 240DL. I'm lazy and would
    rather go right to it than track it down contorted under the dash.

    Depends on the year.. earlier cars have it on the left side, later (LH
    Jettronic) cars have it on the right, both cases it's tucked under the
    carpet above your feet when sitting in the car.

    Well if it is a US LH Jet - there are two of them coming off the wiring harness
    on the right side of the passenger compartment. Remove the black cardboard
    under the dash and pull the carpet back on the right side and you should see
    two black relays plugged into the harness.

    Thank you, they've been dangling for awhile but I didn't know what they were
    and my problem seems to point to a bad relay.
