    had a tape player also.

Why not just get an aftermarket one? You can buy a kit so it'll drop right
in, better sound and more features.

I thought I might pick one up for a few dollars plus shipping.

  6. I had my radio stolen twice out of a 745 because of not having removed the
panel over night. Now I have bought a cheap new radio for about 100 Euros
which can play MP3-files and I am almost happy about the earlier models
being stolen. 10 CDs burnt on 1 CD-RW gives plenty of selected music on one
disc and can be edited with little effort and practically no cost.
